At Emira HR, we’re looking for a driven and bilingual Real Estate Advisor (French Speaker) to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. If you have a talent for sales, speak fluent French and English, and are excited about helping international clients find their perfect property in Dubai. This could be the opportunity for you!

Job Description:

As a Real Estate Advisor, you’ll manage and guide French-speaking clients throughout the entire property buying process — from initial contact to closing. Your role will focus on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions in Dubai’s fast-paced and exciting real estate market.

This role requires occasional travel to meet clients or attend property viewings. We’re looking for someone dynamic, multilingual, and ready to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and advise French-speaking clients in their property search and investment decisions.
  • Promote and present residential and off-plan properties.
  • Stay up to date with the Dubai real estate market, new launches, and developer offerings.
  • Conduct meetings (in person or virtual) with leads and clients.
  • Generate leads through networking and follow-ups when needed.
  • Build long-term client relationships through excellent service and ongoing communication.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing for lead alignment and promotional strategy.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate preferred).
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client interactions.
  • Willingness to travel locally or internationally when required.
  • Comfortable working independently and achieving KPIs.
