People & Culture Partner (HR Role)
At Emira HR, we are seeking a People & Culture Partner for a leading company in the real estate sector. This is not just a traditional HR role—it’s a leadership position where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performance team and driving organizational growth.
This role involves recruitment, training, and fostering a strong company culture while building the People & Culture function for long-term success.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit, onboard, and develop real estate agents and office staff.
- Design and implement impactful training programs, including Life & Communication Skills.
- Strengthen internal and external relationships as a key company representative.
- Build and develop the People & Culture Department, establishing strong HR foundations.
- Execute recruitment strategies to ensure a pipeline of top professionals.
- Promote employer branding and foster a performance-driven work environment.
- Step into leadership responsibilities when needed.
What You Need to Succeed
- UAE-based professional with proven expertise in HR and recruitment (experience in real estate is a plus).
- Fluent in English, with exceptional leadership and people skills.
- Strategic, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for driving organizational growth.
- PR and marketing skills are an added advantage for enhancing employer branding.
