At Emira HR, we’re looking for a results-driven Off-Plan Property Advisor to join our real estate team in Dubai. Job Description:

As an Off-Plan Property Advisor, you’ll play a key role in helping clients find the best investment opportunities in Dubai’s booming real estate sector. You’ll manage leads, present projects, and build long-term client relationships — all while working with a flexible schedule and earning top-tier commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell off-plan properties in Dubai.
  • Advise clients on the best investment options based on their needs and goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new project launches, developers, and market trends.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with leads and clients.
  • Generate and manage your own leads when needed.
  • Build and maintain a strong client network through effective follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on promotional strategies and lead generation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate preferred).
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish, Romanian, Russian, Arabic, or Mandarin.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your time efficiently.
