At Emira HR, we’re looking for a results-driven Multilingual Real Estate Agent to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. If you’re confident in sales, speak multiple languages, and are passionate about helping international clients find their perfect property — whether off-plan or in the secondary market — this could be your ideal next step.

Job Description:

As a Real Estate Agent, you’ll guide clients through Dubai’s vibrant real estate landscape — from luxury off-plan developments to ready-to-move-in homes in top locations. You’ll manage leads, build lasting client relationships, and benefit from a flexible setup and a highly competitive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties.

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment or residential options.

  • Stay informed on market trends, new launches, and competitive offerings.

  • Conduct both in-person and online consultations with local and international clients.

  • Proactively manage your own pipeline and generate leads when needed.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and maximize reach.

  • Provide excellent follow-up and customer service to build long-term relationships.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate preferred).

  • Fluent in English and at least one of the following: French, Italian, Spanish, Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, or Mandarin.

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.

  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

  • Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is a strong advantage.
