Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategies that drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. You will manage paid ad campaigns, optimize SEO efforts, and create compelling content that resonates with target audiences. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Manage social media platforms, ensuring steady growth and active audience interaction.
• Create high-quality, engaging content for social media, landing pages, and ads.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on ROI and lead quality.
• Analyze performance data to refine and optimize strategies.
• Implement SEO techniques to improve organic rankings and visibility.
• Collaborate with leadership to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
• Produce visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics and videos for campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, keyword research).
• Intermediate experience with social media management and paid advertising (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Expertise in content marketing, copywriting, and conversion-focused content creation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot.
• Experience with graphic and video design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Creative storytelling through visuals and videos, including short-form content for social media.

What We’re Looking For:

• A digital marketing expert based in Dubai, fluent in English.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and lead generation.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions.
• A proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in real estate marketing is a plus but not required.
• Intermediate knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and design.
