Job Description:

As a Digital Growth Strategist, you will be at the forefront of creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing online presence, and generating high-quality leads. This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive individual who can build innovative strategies and contribute directly to the company’s digital expansion. You will manage social media platforms, run paid ad campaigns, and collaborate with leadership to ensure the digital efforts align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent growth and active audience engagement.
• Create high-quality, brand-aligned content for social media, landing pages, and ads.
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on ROI and lead quality.
• Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies based on data insights.
• Optimize SEO through on-page and off-page techniques to improve search rankings.
• Collaborate with leadership on digital strategy alignment with business goals.
• Produce visually compelling marketing materials, including graphics and videos for campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of SEO (Basic to Intermediate), including keyword research, on-page SEO, and basic off-page SEO.
• Intermediate knowledge of social media management, algorithms, and paid advertising on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Expertise in content marketing, copywriting, and conversion-driven content creation.
• Hands-on experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to measure campaign success.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Ability to design and edit graphics and videos with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Creative storytelling through visual and video content, including short-form videos for social media.

What We’re Looking For:

• A UAE-based digital marketing expert fluent in English.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and lead generation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure success and refine strategies.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Experience in real estate marketing is a plus, though not essential.
• Intermediate SEO, PPC, content marketing, and design skills.
